When Nothing Seems Right....

"I don't know if you've ever felt like that.  That you wanted to sleep for a thousand years, or just not exist, or just not be aware that you do exist, or something like that.  I think wanting that is very morbid, but I want it when I get like this.  That's why I'm trying not to think.  I just want it all to stop spinning." - The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.

How often do we feel shunned? How often do we want to shut ourselves away from everything around us? How many times do we have to shriek for the goddamn world to hear our cries and yet we find no open  ears?

In my lazy hours (which i don't get much. Thank God!) , i can't help but contemplate on such questions. I mean, come to think of it.  In spite of trying relentlessly, there is not a single hand we can reach out to.Not even kind enough words to make us happy, isn't it?

Wounds that never heal, scars that remain scathed, bad times that remains unchanged, that's when you know something is wrong, that's when nothing is right. And ironically, you don't even know whom to lay the blames on! May be it's ourselves!

It feels so insane, so pathetically horrifying to be left alone and always to be discussed but never to be helped. When you feel suicidal, hurt, and broken you are ordered to move on. A summon that you have to obey so that you are not called a coward! So that if you survive, you can be called a fighter! Someone who has won the life's battles.

We talk about rights, freedom and living life according to our own terms, but can we really? There are things we need to put up with that we hate, there are people we love, whom we need to let go, and there are things we don't want to know and yet are forced to learn.

We don't always follow the rules set by life and people. But we are brave enough to face the consequences.  We set aside all our pains and miseries, and keep fighting for the ones we love.
Love is the only thing that sets everything right.Period.

  3. I agree, Love is the only thing that sets everything right...but like you said, it doesnt make the the trip any less bumpier...and yep, the sermons and the "I understad" phrase...sometimes it all sounds so meaningless...

this is life and it is painful; yet, you are worth loving in spite of those in your life who are unable to love and increase your feelings of being alone; loving and respecting the awe in all of creation and loving and respecting yourself as part of creation can help you to keep up the fight; at some point, you will be compelled to love for the sake of love as it is worth the risk; that other generations may know this love that binds
